Support, maintain and further develop SAP Sales&Distribution solutions withing the group environment. Analyze business requirements and translate them into efficient SAP SD solutions, customize and optimize sales-related processes, including order processing, delivery, billing and customer service processes. Support change requests and incident management activities to ensure stable business operations. Act as a trusted partner for business departments and provide professional consulting on SAP SD topics. Coordinate external service providers and ensure quality delivery of enhancments and projects. Participate in SAP transfromation initiatives and SAP S/4Hana-related projects, and support testing, documentation and data migration activities.
Feladatok és elvárások
Job responsibilities:
- System support and further development of the SAP SD module (including related modules such as MM, FI, GTS)
- Customizing and implementation of new functions as well as optimization of existing ones
- SAP S/4HANA implementation
- Project work: management of smaller projects
- Change and incident management: handling change requests and incidents
- Coordination of external service providers and ensuring quality
- Documentatuon and testing (functional testing and data migration processes)
Education and experience:
- At least 3-5 years experience in SAP SD environment
- Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration or Commercial training
- Solid SAP SD knowledge including customization
- Strong understanding of end-to-end Order to Cash processes (sales order management, delivery processes, billing, shipping, customer master data management)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good English communication skills
