Development, maintenance and operation of software and system in the responsibility of Corporate Operations IT, with special emphasize on implementation and operation of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).

Profile requirements:
- Degree in computer science, business informatics, technical computer science or similar
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into sustainable digital solutions and system functionalities
- Ability to assess business requirements, identify standardization opportunities and promote reuse of existing solutions before initiating new developements
- Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and their digital enablement within manufacturing and enterprise environments
- Solid knowledge of enterprise application landscapes and system interactions, including MES, ERP (SAP), SCADA and analytical platforms
- Demonstrable experience in translating business requirements into software functionalities, configuratuon practical experience
- Practical experience in implementation of software projects (configuration), favorably in manufacturing environment
- Expertise in master data management and data quality principles
- Understanding data management principles, reporting architectures and analytical solutions, including experience with databases (preferably MS SQL, Oracle, Postgres, ClickHouse)
- Experience in change management and end users support during implementation activities
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum ways of working an collaborative delivery methodologies
- Solid understanding of CI/CD processes
- Analitical, result-oriented mindset, committed way of working
- Team player mentality and good communication skills
- Ability to work in multinational, multisite environment
- Customer-and service minded
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
Job description:
- Coordinate requirement engineering activities, including stakeholder management (interviews, onsite workshops) requirement definition and specification in plants of TDK Electronics Group (TEG)
- Analyses current and target business processes, understands business objectives
- Maps customer requirements against software functionalities
- Identify process gaps, inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Translate requirements to functional specification and defines solution concept (high-level design)
- Actively paricipates in the system implementation in form of software configuration, testing, acceptance criteria definition and documentation
- Coordinates solution delivery and backlog management
- Provides helpdesk to key users of production plants of TEG
- Creation of training materials and conduction of user trainings
- Active participation in projects in manufacturing environment
- Support knowledge sharing between plants of TEG
- Proactively and effectively communicate and collaborate with plants and central departments of TEG
- Ensure smooth and effective communication between plants and software supplier
