Design, develop and maintain ABAP solutions for FI/CO requirements: classical reports, module pools, BAPIs, BADIs, user exits, RFCs and enhancements. Implement and maintain interfaces and integrations (IDoc/EDI, RFC, web services, PI/PO/CPI, OData/SAP Gateway), including integrations required for tax reporting and external systems. Develop and maintain SAP Fiori/UI5 apps, OData services and Fiori launchpad entries for finance scenarios. Adapt and modernize custom code for S/4HANA migrations (ABAP on HANA, CDS views, AMDP, RAP), perform code remediation and compatibility checks. Troubleshoot and optimize performance of finance-related developments (SQL tuning, memory, buffering). Support change and incident management: analyze technical incidents in FI/CO and implement fixes. Prepare technical design specifications, unit tests and technical documentation; participate in integration and user acceptance testing. Collaborate with functional FICO consultants and business departments to translate requirements into robust technical solutions; coordinate with external service providers and ensure delivery quality.

Professional requirements:
- Strong ABAP skills (OO-ABAP, classical ABAP, ALV, BAPI, RFC, BADI's, IDoc, handling)
- Experience with S/4HANA development topics and migration activities (ABAP on HANA, CDS, AMDP, RAP)
- Experience with SAP Fiori/UI5 and OData service development
- Experience with integrations (IDoc/EDI, PI/PO/CPI, SOAP/REST) and interfaces to external tax/e-invoicing solutions (SAP DRC desirable)
- Knowledge of accounting and controlling business processes to understand requirements and design appropriate technical solutions
- Familiarity with other SAP modules (SD, MM, PP, WM, QM), integration and related development topics is desirable
- Good debugging, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and understand functional specifications and produce clear technical design documentation
- Experience working with external service providers, vendoors
Education and experience:
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or comparable IT education (business background as advantage)
- Several years of experience in SAP Finance (FI/CO) environment and hands-on SAP Development experience
- Ability to analyze business requirements and develop technical solutions
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in international teams
- Good English communication skills
