Team Leader for PLM System Introduction and Development

Main tasks and responsibilities:

•    Introduction and management of a company-wide PLM system
•    Building and leading a new team to support the PLM system
•    Leading and coordinating projects for the roll-out of the PLM system
•    Developing an introduction strategy in a complex development environment
•    Ensuring the successful implementation and integration of the PLM system into existing business processes
•    Collaborating with various departments and international teams to ensure smooth system introduction
•    Developing and conducting training sessions for employees on using the PLM system
•    Monitoring and continuously improving system performance and usage
•    Integration and strategic development of the PLM software partner
 
 
Requirements:

•    Completed studies in engineering, computer science, business administration or a comparable qualification
•    Several years of leadership experience, preferably in a technical or development-related environment
•    Extensive experience in product development
•    Proven experience as project leader, preferably for the introduction of enterprise systems
•    Experience in international cooperation and leading international projects is an asset
•    Fluent English language skills in writing and speaking; additional languages are an asset
•    Excellent communication and teamwork skills
•    Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
•    High motivation and ability to work in a dynamic environment
